I’m an award-winning journalist who communicates through a variety of media: television, digital stories and videos, print and radio. I got into journalism to “fight for the little guy” and I enjoy shining light on issues that affect everyday people.

I first started doing consumer investigations in the 1990s, exposing fraud in the moving industry, automobile leases and even food products. A decade later, I launched The Fixer to help solve individual consumers' problems, dispense advice and identify issues with wider impact.
